  1. minix.c/fakeunix.c/minix.prg can only be used for ST 1.5.0 .img files.
  2. Do not use them on older .img files.

  4. keytbl.ttp will generate a keymap.h file which can be used in the kernel
  5. directory. The program compiles under Turbo C. I did not have the time to
  6. modify the program in order to let it compile under DRI or something else.
